The Butte Rose Society will get tips on how to best photograph their roses during a meeting starting at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Chico Veteran’s Memorial Hall,554 Rio Lindo Ave.
Photography instructor and Consulting Rosarian Jan Hedman will be the guest speaker. She is an active member of the Gold Country Rose Society in Auburn, an award-winning photographer and photography judge. She grows over 400 roses. Hedman has been a judge at the American Rose Society National Convention Photography Contest.
She will show her photographs and offer specifics on how to capture the best photos in your garden.
