Sylva Photo Club meeting to feature Tony Wu

Sylva Photo Club’s meeting on Saturday, June 14, will feature club member Tony Wu and his program “Tips and Tricks Used by Professional Photographers to Make People Look Their Best.”

This fast-paced program will include capturing images of individuals, couples and families and how to group people at reunions and weddings for pleasing results. He will also share tips on “How to Plan a Picture Perfect Wedding” with excerpts from his seminar by the same name. Wu is a retired professional photographer who was a studio owner in Colorado for 14 years and is a past president of the Professional Photographers of Colorado. He currently teaches beginning and intermediate photography classes at the Senior Center on a seasonal basis.

Following the program is a question/answer session and a viewing of member submissions to June’s assignment, “Birds and anything to do with birds,” where comments and ways that others may recompose or improve upon the images will be welcomed.

For photo submissions to be included in the review and discussion session, follow the photo file naming scheme and instructions found on the website below.
